Position Details
Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour on W2
Work Arrangement: Hybrid —only 1 day onsite per week
Team: Digital Training / IT User Adoption

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging e-learning modules, how-to videos, presentations, and job aids.
• Deliver interactive virtual and onsite training sessions.
• Turn complex technical information into clear, easy-to-follow guidance.
• Provide hands-on learner support during system launches and upgrades.
• Partner with subject matter experts and product teams to support technology adoption.
• Support training initiatives involving ERP, ServiceNow, and AI literacy.

 
Required Skills

• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Experience with Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar authoring tools
• Experience developing digital learning content and facilitating live training
  Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

 
Preferred Experience

• 2–4 years in instructional design, learning and development, or consulting
