    We are seeking a Mobile Communications Training Specialist to support the White House Communications Agency (WHCA), designing, developing, and delivering hands-on training and curriculum for adult learners on wireless networks, mobile radio, satellite systems, and other telecommunications equipment. This role will develop courseware and training materials, deliver instructor-led training, and serve as the primary customer representative for customized training solutions in a fast-paced, cleared environment.

    Description: The Mobile Communications Training Specialist will design, develop, and deliver hands-on training and curriculum for adult learners.

    Required Skills

    • Experience developing courseware, writing training materials, delivering training, and setting up and maintaining a computer training environment, and using customer satisfaction surveys for course evaluation.
    • Demonstrated experience writing training manuals (instructor and participant guides) and user manuals.
    • Ability to design and produce training tools, such as printable job aids and quick reference guides.
    • Ability to deliver instructor-led training.
    • Ability to serve as the primary customer representative for development and delivery of customized training solutions and documentation.
    • Ability to encourage classroom participation and facilitate change management for target audience.
    • Familiarity with standard instructional systems development models, such as ADDIE or Agile design.
    • Ability to learn and apply customer needs/business knowledge to ensure client satisfaction of delivery outcomes.
    • Ability to instruct adult learners on wireless networks, mobile radio and satellite systems, and other telecommunications equipment.

    Qualifications:

    • CompTIA Certification Security+
    • Knowledge and skills as a Mobile Communication Technician (MCT)
    • Bachelor's Degree or higher + 2 years of experience; or 5+ years of military/business training experience.
    • Possess a current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Presidential Support Duty (PSD) designation.
