Training Specialist | $41.00–$43.00 per Hour | Hybrid | Contract

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional hours as early as 7:00 AM or as late as 6:00 PM

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to provide technical and professional expertise in employee development programs for a leading healthcare organization. In this role, you will develop, coordinate, and facilitate training programs that support institutional and human resource goals. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience delivering employee and management development programs and is comfortable providing leadership and expertise across training initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct and facilitate engaging training sessions for employees and management
  • Plan, develop, and deliver employee development programs aligned with organizational and human resource goals
  • Develop course content and utilize technology-based training delivery methods
  • Provide expertise and leadership to employee development team members, projects, and programs
  • Support organizational learning initiatives and other employee development needs as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of human resources or related experience developing, coordinating, and delivering employee development programs for employees and management
  • Senior-level HR Consultant, management, or team leadership experience preferred
  • Experience designing and delivering management training programs in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Real Colors Certification and EQI certification preferred
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and leadership skills

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full hourly pay range for the role.
