Training Specialist-Expert - Remote - Contract - $31-41 per HR
Join our team as a Training Specialist-Expert where you will work remotely on a contract basis. You will be responsible for designing and developing engaging training solutions using various learning modalities. This role requires expertise in creating interactive training materials and collaborating with subject matter experts. The position demands knowledge of learning management systems and multimedia content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop training programs and materials for diverse delivery methods, integrating adult learning theories.
- Analyze business needs and performance goals to determine appropriate training solutions.
- Create and maintain eLearning media, including simulations and interactive content.
- Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content.
- Design and implement measurement strategies to assess the impact of training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning, or multimedia development.
- Proficiency in content authoring tools and multimedia software.
- Experience with learning management systems and web-based training creation.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
