SUMMARY
Develops and facilitates training for students of the College''s Transportation Center, including leadership and control of classroom activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Teaches students skills and knowledge necessary to obtain a Commercial Driver''s License (CDL) Class A driver''s license
Monitors attendance and maintains student records
Assists in program compliance with State requirements
Performs and documents daily safety inspections of equipment such as trucks, trailers, bus and pickup trucks
Provides weekly status reports to the Director
Maintains daily attendance verification and provides weekly documentation to the Coordinator
Maintains student record audits, including attendance, performance, sign off by students and instructors for attendance, training and comments
Performs other duties as assigned
