    Description

    Experience with:
    • Developing and delivering in person Instructor Led training for commercially available and proprietary software.
    • Delivering customer training programs using adult learning principles to individuals and groups of users.
    • Using Technical applications to support training development such as Camtasia,Articulate 360, Vyond, etc.
    • Managing training projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
    • Develop technical documentation for commercially available and proprietary software (Quick Reference Cards, Quick Reference Guides, content for the web,etc.).
    • Develop video and interactive recorded training to support technical processes.
    • Coordinate multiple tasks, resources, and stakeholders effectively.
    • Organize and manage time effectively to handle concurrent training initiatives and deadlines.
    • Knowledge of: Customer service standards when interacting with internal and external Subject Matter Experts.
    • Identification and troubleshooting of user-defined challenges and implementing appropriate solutions.
    • Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Co-Pilot, OneNote, and SharePoint
