    Pay Range: Targeted pay range of $18.00 - $18.50 per hour, depending on experience

    Benefits Eligible: Yes

    Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends)

    Travel: May be required

    Required Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 24 months experience in a call center or front-line customer service

    Department Preferences:

    • 12 months experience with Adult and Family Service Programs
    • 12 months experience with inbound phone support
    • 12 months training development and/or facilitation experience

    Hiring Contingent Upon a Background Check: Yes

    Special Indications: Position subject to renewal based on availability of funds.
