Job Title: Training Manager, Immigration Legal Services

Location: Position is based in New York City. The position is hybrid with a requirement to work 4 days a week from the office and one day remote. Some travel throughout New York State is required.
Salary: $75,800/year

Position Overview
The Training Manager, Immigration Legal Services owns the strategy, program design, development, and management of NYIC Training Institute legal and law-related training programming for immigration legal service providers, including attorneys and non-attorney legal practitioners such as accredited representatives, paralegals, and legal assistants, through legal training, technical assistance, and communities of practice.
Under the supervision of the Director of Training and Technical Assistance, the Training Manager, Immigration Legal Services, leads legal and law-related training and technical assistance initiatives, The role is accountable for high-quality curriculum and training delivery, trainer coordination, participant experience, accurate program data and reporting, and compliance with applicable Continuing Legal Education requirements. The Training Manager, Immigration Legal services may supervise a Training Associate or Intern. if assigned.

Salary: $75,800/year**
