The Manager, Field Reimbursement Training is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs supporting Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) across multiple pharmaceutical manufacturer programs and therapeutic areas. This role ensures FRMs are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to deliver exceptional reimbursement education, patient access support, and customer engagement while maintaining compliance with all client, regulatory, and company standards.
The Training Manager partners closely with Operations, Program Leadership, Client Services, Clinical, Compliance, Quality, Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Business Development to develop scalable onboarding, certification, and continuing education programs that support new product launches, existing programs, and organizational growth.
Essential Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Program Development
Curriculum Development
Develop and maintain comprehensive learning materials including:
Reimbursement & Access Education
Develop and deliver training on topics including:
Customize training to support a wide variety of therapeutic areas and manufacturer-specific program requirements.
Product & Program Launch Support
Partner with cross-functional teams to support:
Ensure training programs align with program objectives and client expectations while supporting successful operational execution.
Coaching & Professional Development
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with:
Support organizational initiatives through effective communication and cross-functional partnership.
Performance Measurement
Develop and monitor key training metrics including:
Prepare executive-level reporting and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Compliance
Ensure all training materials and programs comply with applicable:
Partner with Compliance and Quality teams to ensure training remains current and audit-ready.

The successful Manager, Field Reimbursement Training will:
Physical Demands & Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
