Job Summary/Basic Functions
Under the direction of the PeopleSoft Support Team Manager, serves as the functional trainer for PeopleSoft. In coordination with the PS Support Team Manager the incumbent develops training plans to support the education of new users, the ongoing training for users, and training to support the implementation and rollout of new PeopleSoft capabilities.
Requires special emphasis on the interpersonal skills necessary to deal with the changes in LSU Health and must be adept at learning and applying that knowledge by teaching new technology and features. Also requires flexibility in learning processes across a variety of business modules and technology platforms.
This position is eligible for remote work in accordance with CM-73 - Remote Work Policy.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor''s
Required Field of Study: Business, Communication, Public Administration, Education, Technology or Health-related field
Number of years required to perform the job: Three
Type of experience required to perform the job: Experience training professionals in a corporate or institutional environment using learning management systems and developing training content.
