Job Description:
  • A Training Facilitator with 5 to 10 years of experience is responsible for delivering engaging training sessions and workshops to employees and stakeholders.
  • This role will be heavily involved with training in GPC distribution engineering and candidates will need prior experience to be successful for the assingment.
  • They play a key role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of participants while ensuring a positive and effective learning experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees, clients, or other stakeholders, focusing on specific learning objectives.
  • Training Material: Develop and adapt training materials, presentations, and resources to align with training objectives and participant needs.
  • Content Delivery: Ensure training content is presented in an engaging and effective manner, catering to various learning styles and preferences.
  • Facilitation Techniques: Utilize effective facilitation techniques, such as group discussions, case studies, role-playing, and interactive activities, to enhance the learning process.
  • Participant Engagement: Foster participant engagement by encouraging questions, discussions, and collaboration among learners.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from participants to assess the training's effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
  • Adaptation: Modify training content and delivery methods based on feedback and changing organizational needs.
  • Learning Technologies: Utilize technology and e-learning tools to enhance training delivery when appropriate.
  • Learning Assessment: Develop and administer assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and ensure learning objectives are met.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluation results.
  • Compliance: Ensure that training programs adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Communication: Communicate training schedules, updates, and information to participants and relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends, training best practices, and technologies to continuously improve training programs.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus. 5 to 10 years of experience in training facilitation and adult learning.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using various training methodologies and techniques to address different learning styles.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and technology-enhanced learning tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions.
  • Adaptability to respond to the changing needs of the organization and learners.
  • Empathy and interpersonal skills to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
