      • Deliver training on aircraft and production-environment fundamentals relevant to the employee’s responsibilities.
      • Manage employees’ progression through classroom instruction, demonstrations, hands-on practice, supervised application, and qualification.
      • Coordinate with supervisors and designated trainers to ensure employees receive consistent on-the-job training.
      • Identify employees requiring additional instruction, coaching, or remediation before qualification.
      • Confirm that employees meet established performance standards before being released to work independently.
    • Training Design and Development
      • Conduct training needs assessments using performance data, employee feedback, audit results, operational changes, and supervisor input.
      • Develop and maintain instructor guides, participant materials, presentations, job aids, assessments, qualification checklists, and hands-on exercises.
      • Convert standard operating procedures and operational requirements into clear, practical training content.
      • Map required training, competencies, and qualifications for specific job roles.
      • Design training that accommodates different levels of experience and adult learning needs.
      • Update training content when processes, systems, equipment, customer requirements, or organizational priorities change.
      • Partner with subject-matter experts to verify the accuracy and operational relevance of training materials.
      • Maintain accurate, current, and audit-ready training and qualification records.
      • Administer the training matrix and ensure requirements are correctly assigned by job role, work area, and competency.
      • Track training completion, assessment results, qualifications, expirations, overdue requirements, remediation, and cross-training status.
      • Provide timely training-status reports to operational leaders.
    • Evaluation & Improvement
      • Evaluate training effectiveness through knowledge assessments, skills demonstrations, employee feedback, supervisor validation, audit results, and operational performance.
      • Monitor measures such as on-time training completion, first-time pass rate, time to proficiency, remediation rate, qualification status, and cross-trained coverage.
      • Identify trends, recurring skill gaps, and training-related operational risks.
      • Recommend improvements to course content, delivery methods, training schedules, qualification standards, and supporting resources.
      • Participate in corrective-action and continuous-improvement efforts when performance issues indicate a training or competency gap.
      • Verify that training improvements produce measurable changes in employee performance and operational readiness.
    • Collaboration & Support
      • Work closely with HR, department managers, and subject matter experts
      • Provide coaching and support to employees and supervisors
      • Stay current with trends in adult learning, instructional design, and training technology
