In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a culture of continuous learning by coordinating training programs, supporting leadership development, and ensuring employees have the tools and resources needed to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer employee training and development programs.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill development opportunities.
• Partner with department leaders to create learning pathways that support business goals.
• Schedule, track, and evaluate training activities, workshops, and professional development programs.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on participation, completion, and effectiveness.
• Assist with onboarding programs to ensure a positive and productive new hire experience.
• Support leadership development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives.
• Coordinate external training vendors, facilitators, and educational resources.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative learning solutions.
• Ensure compliance-related training requirements are completed and documented.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, learning and development, human resources, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for employee development.
