Training & Development Administrator

Job SummaryWe're looking for a Training & Development Administrator to provide multi-function, multi-level support to the Site Training & Development Consultant at our Tampa, FL facility. The ideal candidate is confident, helpful, collaborative, and energetic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This role plays a key part in the new hire onboarding experience, on-the-job training (OJT), annual compliance training, and other site training initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

Support the Site Training Lead with administrative needs related to On-the-Job Training, Dayforce compliance training enrollment, new hire onboarding, and classroom instruction on manufacturing-related topicsHelp deliver OJT lesson plans and build classroom presentations that engage operators in collaborative learningBuild and maintain strong working relationships across the site, establishing trust and credibility with both internal partners and operatorsTrack and manage certification and training records for the site, and maintain employee training records to support competency assessmentsRecognize key training or compliance issues and communicate them clearly to managementTake on additional training-related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

High school diploma required, along with an Associate's degree (or equivalent trainer/educator experience); Bachelor's preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)High integrity, with the ability to protect confidential informationStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approachHighly organized and detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionSelf-motivated and proactive, with strong follow-through in a fast-paced, changing environmentPrior experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment preferred
