Training Developer (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Training Developer to design engaging learning solutions that improve employee performance. The ideal candidate has experience creating instructor-led and eLearning content, working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), and translating complex information into practical, learner-focused training.

• Conduct training needs analyses to identify performance gaps and recommend effective learning solutions.
• Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles.
• Create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and other performance support materials.
• Partner with SMEs to transform technical or complex content into clear, effective training.
• Develop measurable learning objectives and assessments.
• Ensure learning content is visually engaging, interactive, and aligned with business goals.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and developing training for adult learners.
• Experience using eLearning authoring tools, visual design software, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to quickly absorb complex information and convert it into clear, learner-friendly content.
• Experience creating scenario-based and authentic learning experiences.
• Strong listening skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.

Pay Range: $48.00 - $53.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
