Title: Training Coordinator – 1st Shift
Pay: $24.00–$25.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: South Saint Paul MN 55075

Overview
Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Training Coordinator to support training and onboarding within its bakery production environment. This is a hands-on position, with approximately 80% of the workday spent on the production floor. The Training Coordinator will help develop and streamline training processes, maintain training documentation, and learn production positions throughout the facility.
Job Description
  • Develop and maintain training processes and procedures for bakery operations.
  • Coordinate and streamline the training process for new hires.
  • Maintain and organize employee training files and documentation.
  • Spend approximately 80% of working time on the production floor.
  • Learn production positions throughout the facility to effectively support employee training.
  • Work directly with production employees to reinforce training procedures and expectations.
  • Report directly to the Production Supervisor.
Required Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Comfortable working extensively on the production floor.
  • Ability and willingness to learn bakery production positions and processes.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stack boxes up to 7 feet high.
