Role Overview

The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting training operations, learning management system administration, training records, reporting, and coordination activities. This role supports the accurate, timely, and effective delivery of training programs. The position requires problem-solving and data analysis skills, an understanding of learning management system functions, and the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions with limited direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support training operations and learning management system administration.
• Manage training records, reporting, and coordination activities.
• Work with training delivery teams, instructional design, and operations partners.
• Maintain accurate learning data and support course and class setup.
• Monitor compliance-related records.
• Analyze information and resolve routine system or process issues.
• Support continuous improvement across training administration processes.
• Contribute to a positive training experience for employees and contractors.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Experience in a role requiring strong problem-solving, data analysis, and an understanding of learning management system functions. Must be solution-oriented, self-directed, and motivated with the initiative to manage priorities.
