Overview
Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Training Coordinator to support training and onboarding within its Oconomowoc bakery facility. This is a hands-on position, with approximately 80% of the role spent on the production floor learning production positions and supporting employee training.
Job Description
- Develop and improve training processes and procedures for the bakery.
- Coordinate and streamline training for new hires.
- Maintain and organize training files and documentation.
- Spend approximately 80% of the workday on the production floor.
- Learn production positions throughout the facility to effectively support employee training.
- Work directly with the Production Supervisor to support training needs.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a production environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stack boxes up to 7 feet high.
