    Position Summary

    PROENERGY is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator / LMS Administrator to support the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of the company's learning and workforce development programs. This position serves as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS) and a central resource for training records, course scheduling, compliance reporting, learner support, and learning analytics.

    The ideal candidate combines strong LMS administration skills with exceptional customer service, project coordination, reporting, and organizational capabilities. This role collaborates with Training, Operations, Quality, Compliance, Human Resources, Technical Writers, and Subject Matter Experts to provide timely, accurate, and effective training support for employees and customers.

    Position Responsibilities

    Learning Management System Administration

    • Serve as the primary administrator for the company's LMS platform.
    • Create, configure, test, and maintain online courses, learning paths, curricula, certifications, competencies, and user groups.
    • Manage user accounts, security roles, permissions, enrollments, completions, automated assignments, and learner notifications.
    • Troubleshoot access, enrollment, reporting, content delivery, and user-experience issues, escalating vendor support needs when appropriate.
    • Maintain LMS procedures, administrator guides, data standards, and system documentation.
    • Protect LMS data accuracy and integrity through routine audits and quality checks.

    Training Coordination

    • Schedule instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, e-learning, and blended learning programs.
    • Coordinate facilities, equipment, training materials, food service, travel arrangements, and participant communications.
    • Manage registrations, rosters, attendance, waitlists, course status, and completion records.
    • Maintain the training calendar and communicate upcoming learning opportunities and readiness requirements.
    • Support employee and customer-facing training events from planning through post-course follow-up.

    Compliance and Training Records

    • Maintain complete and accessible training records in accordance with company, quality, operational, customer, and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor mandatory assignments, recurring training, certification status, and expiration dates.
    • Generate completion and compliance reports and follow up with stakeholders on overdue requirements.
    • Support audit readiness by organizing evidence, validating records, and responding to authorized information requests.
    • Support skills matrices, competency tracking, qualification programs, and workforce development documentation.
    • Upload, test, publish, and maintain e-learning content, videos, documents, assessments, evaluations, and job aids.
    • Coordinate with instructional designers, technical writers, and subject matter experts to deploy and update learning materials.
    • Support course version control, content archival, learner evaluations, and feedback analysis.
    • Develop LMS user guides and provide system training for administrators, managers, instructors, and learners.
    • Act as a primary SME for training and LMS inquiries, providing responsive service to employees, managers, instructors, and customers.
    • Recommend process improvements that improve efficiency, reporting, learner experience, and adoption.

    Required Qualifications

    • Associate degree in Training, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Three or more years of experience coordinating training programs, administering an LMS, or supporting learning operations.
    • Hands-on experience with Paycor Learning, Vector or a comparable learning management system.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience generating reports, managing records, and analyzing learning or operational data.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Must be fluent in English, with strong speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
    • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
    • Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, energy, power generation, oil and gas, or technical operations environment.
    • Experience supporting end-to-end LMS implementation, including system configuration, testing, launch, and user adoption.
    • Experience supporting instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning programs.
    • Knowledge of compliance training, certifications, competency frameworks, qualification programs, and skills matrices.
    • Experience with learning dashboards, Power BI, HRIS/LMS integrations, or content-authoring tools.

    Physical Requirements and Work Environment

    • Primarily office-based work with extended periods of computer use.
    • Occasional travel may be required to support training programs, system implementations, or business meetings.
