Training Coordinator

You will deliver training for new hires and existing employees, including cross-training on Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Job Instructions (JIs), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other technical aspects of plant operations.

You will ensure employees understand and follow safety requirements, operational procedures, and company policies while performing their assigned work.

You will assess employee proficiency through structured evaluations to confirm employees are properly trained and capable of performing required tasks safely and effectively.

You will complete and submit required training documentation, including signed training checklists and proficiency assessments, to the L&D Specialist and L&D Manager.

You will partner with Training Leads and L&D leadership to identify training needs, support gap analysis, and determine appropriate training plans for new hires and existing employees.

You will support additional training initiatives and operational training tasks assigned by the L&D Manager or Training Lead based on evolving business needs.
