Job Overview
Hubbell is seeking to add a Training Coordinator to our Chatsworth, CA facility. The Training Coordinator will help support manufacturing operations by developing, coordinating, administering, and continuously improving employee training programs across all departments. They will be responsible for ensuring employees receive the knowledge, skills, and certifications necessary to perform their jobs safely and effectively while maintaining compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and business unit standards. The Training Coordinator will partner with Operations, Human Resources, EHS, Quality, and site leadership to identify training needs, maintain training records, and drive workforce development initiatives. Pay range for this position will range from $60,000 to $70,000 annually.

Associate's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience, Technical Education, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, workforce development, learning management, or a related role within a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety practices, quality systems, and operational workflows.
Experience developing and delivering instructor-led, on-the-job, and computer-based training programs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience maintaining training records, certification tracking, and compliance documentation.
Strong organizational, project management, and administrative skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for training improvements.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills strongly preferred
