Job Title: Training Assistant
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Compensation: $30.00 - $38.30/hr
Type: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent

Responsibilities

• Support learning and change request activities across the LKC Manufacturing site, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day learning administration and workflow activities.
• Engage in detailed work related to curriculum creation and maintenance, training assignments, account management, reporting, and remediation of system issues.
• Coordinate document and change request workflows, supporting compliance and inspection readiness for operational demands.
• Provide administrative support within MasterControl LMS and Change Request activities, supporting multiple business areas including Operations, Engineering, TSMS, GSC, QA, QC, and HSE.
• Assist with document change request administration, learning assessment collaboration, tracking, data entry, and maintaining organized records of all administrative actions.
• Manage learning management administration tasks such as assigning training, maintaining job codes/curriculum, reporting, troubleshooting user accounts, and supporting remediation activities.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning administration supporting multiple business areas/functions.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with Document Management Systems, especially experience working in MasterControl.
• Experience with Veeva is optional; experience with SuccessFactors is REQUIRED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Preferred: Familiarity with pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industry learning and compliance requirements (Good Documentation Practices).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
