    Job Title: Training Assistant
    Location: Remote
    Job Type: 2-3 Months/ 6-12 Weeks Contract
    Overview
    A leading telehealth platform is seeking a Training Assistant to support the development of clinician education and training programs for its medical group. Reporting to the Clinical Programs Specialist, this role will collaborate with the Clinical Services teams to develop, format, and build engaging online learning modules for physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
    The ideal candidate is skilled at translating clinical and operational content into clear, learner-friendly materials, has hands-on experience with modern e-learning authoring tools, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with clinical program teams to develop and build online learning modules for clinicians.
    • Write, edit, format, and organize instructional content based on input from clinical and operational subject matter experts.
    • Create and update interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Rise, maintaining consistency with instructional design standards and branding guidelines.
    • Develop supporting training materials, including job aids, reference guides, facilitator materials, presentations, and learner resources.
    • Format presentations, documents, and learning assets using Microsoft Office applications.
    • Coordinate stakeholder reviews, incorporate feedback, and maintain version control of training materials.
    • Perform quality assurance testing of learning modules to ensure functionality, accuracy, and a positive learner experience.
    • Organize and maintain training content repositories and documentation.
    Required Experience & Skills:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, training, education, or a related field.
    • Required: hands-on experience developing e-learning content using Articulate Rise.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
    • Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    Nice to Have:
    • Experience working with healthcare or clinical education content.
    • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
    • Experience supporting clinician or healthcare workforce education.
    • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
