We’re hiring a Training and Development Specialist who wants competitive compensation, a predictable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to help employees grow within a mission-driven healthcare and behavioral health organization.

You’ll step into a role focused on developing, coordinating, and delivering employee training programs that strengthen job performance, support regulatory compliance, and encourage professional growth. You’ll collaborate with Human Resources, Compliance, and program leadership to create an engaging, supportive, and trauma-informed learning environment.

Why this role is compelling
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time, permanent position
• Develop and facilitate engaging employee training programs
• Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding
• Manage Relias Learning Management System (LMS), training assignments, and completion records
• Support CARF, agency, state, and federal training requirements
• Coordinate continuing education activities and maintain compliance documentation
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements

What makes you a great fit
• You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR have at least 3 years of related experience
• You have experience developing, coordinating, or delivering employee training programs
• You have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• You’re comfortable managing training records, deadlines, and learning management systems
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, Relias, or CARF is preferred
• You hold a valid driver's license and can travel between agency locations
• You value professional development, teamwork, and trauma-informed practices

Compensation & Benefits
• Annual salary: $50,000–$60,000
