CenCore Group is seeking a Training and Compliance Officer (TCO) to support security operations across secure datacenter environments. This role leads training, compliance, and personnel qualification programs for operational and construction-phase facilities, helping ensure personnel meet customer and U.S. Government requirements for training, certifications, licensing, and performance. The ideal candidate brings experience in security operations, strong training and documentation skills, and the ability to work closely with customer representatives, site leadership, and internal teams to maintain operational readiness and audit preparedness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver initial, recurring, sustainment, and refresher training programs for personnel supporting datacenter security operations.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) and Site Security Manager (SSM) duties in secure construction environments.
  • Apply working expertise in ICD 705 standards and requirements related to the construction and accreditation of secure facilities.
  • Monitor compliance with customer policies, contractual requirements, standard operating procedures, and approved training curricula.
  • Maintain accurate records for training, certifications, licensing, qualifications, and overall compliance status.
  • Conduct field evaluations and observe on-the-job training activities to assess performance and identify corrective or remedial training needs.
  • Support internal and external audits, inspections, assessments, and compliance reviews tied to training and operational readiness.
  • Travel to assigned datacenter locations to evaluate service delivery, conduct training, assess personnel readiness, and help resolve operational issues.
  • Safeguard classified, sensitive, and proprietary information in accordance with customer and U.S. Government security requirements.
  • Provide routine updates, training metrics, and compliance status reports to customer representatives and internal leadership.
  • Support continuity of operations initiatives and additional program requirements as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph (FSP).
  • Experience in security operations, preferably within datacenter, secure construction, or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Demonstrated training, mentoring, instructional, or personnel qualification experience.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and influence without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to meet background screening and site access requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly between sites as required.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a training lead or in a comparable training and compliance role.
  • Experience supporting federal, critical infrastructure, hyperscale, or secure datacenter environments.
  • Instructional design, curriculum development, or training program administration experience.
  • Experience using multimedia or blended learning methods to support training effectiveness.
  • Background in quality assurance, performance assessment, or certification programs.
  • Project or program coordination experience.
  • Experience conducting field evaluations, performance reviews, or readiness assessments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; intermediate Power BI skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with ICD 705 standards and secure facility accreditation requirements.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in secure environments requiring extended standing, walking, or post coverage.
  • Flexibility to support varied schedules and travel between sites as needed.
  • Willingness to operate in controlled access areas with strict procedural requirements.
  • Ability to conduct on-site observations, field evaluations, and training in operational and construction-phase environments.
