    Description

    MacMore is looking to fill a part-time position for an Experienced Training and Adoption Specialist for a pending contract award at the Farm Credit Administration.Location:Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, with primary concentration at the FCA headquarters office in McLean, VirginiaTraining and Adoption SpecialistTraining and Adoption Specialist shall perform the following activities:
    • Develop and conduct tailored training for stakeholders. Produce job aids and reference guides.
    • Instructor-led training sessions (virtual or in-person).
    • Support during initial user adoption to address questions, issues, or workflow adjustments.
    • Provide documentation and ad hoc training to designated FCA technical staff on feature enhancements or system changes.
    Required Qualifications
    • Experience in curriculum creation for eDiscovery program development
    • Experience in user enablement, tool adoption and change management
    • Experience in creating and maintaining job aids for stakeholders
    • Experience partnering with attorneys and litigation support to design workflows and provide hands-on support
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years of recent experience (education may not be substituted for experience) that includes:
      • Minimum 3 years of experience as an eDiscovery Training Specialist
    • Lead training strategy for eDiscovery platforms
    • Experience and working knowledge of Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) standards
    • Proficient in technical writing and documentation
    • Experience in data governance, retention and data systems
    • Experience with Microsoft Purview and related Microsoft 365 compliance tools
    • Experience with legal hold, preservation, and data-collection best practices
    • Experience in information security, access control and auditing practices
    • Familiar with federal government procurement process and requirements
