Schedule: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Be able to demonstrate job tasks to new hires so that they will understand the physical requirements as well as quality, safety, and using good manufacturing practices.
Must be able to conduct and/or participate in orientation assisting the Training staff.
Must record, track, and evaluate new hire and tenured team members’ job performance on proficiency.
Must be able to take initiative and call action to team members who are struggling and adjust training approach when necessary.
Must be able to coach and train new and tenured team members in a professional manner adhering to all Foster Farms policies and procedures.

Conduct plant tours for applicants.
Qualifications
Must be able to train hourly personnel in processing and packaging departments.
Must be able to understand staffing requirements.
Must be able to hang live chickens.
Must be able to lift at least 45lbs.
Good verbal and written communication skills in addition to interpersonal skills.
Must be able to speak, read and write English.
Must have an excellent work and attendance record.
Able to work under pressure with short timeframe deadlines.
