Training Administrator
Summary
Responsible for new hire and annual training as well as the clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs.

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalency; Associate's Degree preferred; five to eight years related experience and/or training with one to two years of supervisory/leadership experience in a plastics/polymer manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/SAP/BDE.
