Some of those great benefits include:Competitive employee wagesMedical/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability/Competitive 403(b) + MatchPaid time off summary:13 days of PTO & 12 sick days within first full year of employment.40 hours of PLFA workers act time every calendar year in addition to your accrued time.10 paid holidays off per year as well as employee birthday off.Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,500 per fiscal year.An additional $1,000 per fiscal year offered for employees wanting to learn a new languageHealthy work-life balance with flexible work hours.Hybrid work environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:CCR&R Staff Training Days / CCR&R Professional Development Day / PINQIdentify training needs for all contract required CCR&R Staff positions using results of annual needs assessment, email requests, and ongoing dialogue with CCR&R committeesIdentify and contract with consultants, trainers and speakers for events, as necessarySupport the CCR&R System Leadership Team and Committees with ongoing work and committee recommendationsFacilitate communication between IDEC and CCR&R staffDevelopment and creation of the fiscal calendar of work days and professional development opportunities for CCR&R staffManage registration and communication with target audience for each eventProject research and development of agendas, activities, and professional development opportunities for work days and training eventsUpdate and maintain materials and resources on One Drive for contracted CCR&R staff positionsCompletion of data entry for all work days and eventsMaintain distribution lists for contracted CCR&R positionsRegistry-Approved Trainers and TrainingsManage the Registry Trainer and Training ProgramReview, revise, and recommend policy changes as appropriateUpdate and maintain website and trainer resourcesReview trainer and/or training applications for final approval Illinois Trainers Network (ITN) Trainer and TrainingsProvide technical assistance to CCR&R Training Coordinators and ITN trainers regarding ITN policies and proceduresData entry for ITN trainings in DTPScan and save ITN documents in ContentverseOnsite inventory management of ITN training materials Distribution of training materials and resources for trainings offered by ITNAssist with training event registration and logistics as needed  Other Duties as Assigned may include but are not limited to:Assist Training Administration Manger with project managementReview and maintain internal operations manualAttend conferences as required to promote the Registry and assist members in receiving professional development credit. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skills and technical assistance skillsDetail oriented with the ability to manage several projectsStrong capacity to accurately enter large volumes of dataStrong knowledge of DTP and how quality assurance pieces are linked to data entryStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office & OutlookSUPERVISORY DUTIESThis position has no supervisory duties.SUPERVISION RECEIVEDWork is accomplished with moderate supervision.
