Trainer Responsibilities:
Trainers are subject matter experts and are responsible for holding the entire team to the standards, retraining, and coaching.
Trainers execute our training program for our new Team Members while helping them acclimate to a new work environment.
Trainers execute ongoing training initiatives with our existing team members.
Trainers seek to improve and refine our training program to ensure excellence in Team Member Training.

1-2 years of experience in the food service industry is preferred
ServSafe certification is required
