We are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to assist with helping prospective tenants find the right property, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career within the property industry with no previous experience required

Lettings Negotiator Role Overview:You will be the point of contact for inbound enquires, arranging and carrying viewings across Bristol. We are looking for a motivated candidate with excellent communication skills the rest our client can teach

Lettings Negotiator Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting viewings
• Registering new applicants
• Negotiating move in dates
• Maintain and develop strong relationships.
• Have excellent communication & negotiation skills with a strong customer focus
• Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach

Lettings Negotiator Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Able to prioritise workload efficiently
• Strong organisation skills
• Good local knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Problem solver
• Good IT skills
• Full UK Drivers license and own car

Lettings Negotiator Package and Benefits:

• Basic £23,000 OTE £28,000
• Company car
• Monday – Thursday  8:45am - 6pm & Friday 5:30pm finish (one in three Saturdays 9:45am – 4pm with half day in lieu during week)
• Funded industry qualifications (ARLA)
