Job Summary
The We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support laboratory operations by performing quality assurance testing, preparing technical reports, and assisting with fluid design and additive selection. This is an entry-level position with paid training provided, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in laboratory operations within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Job Description
- Perform quality assurance testing on products to verify compliance with specifications.
- Prepare laboratory reports prior to field service delivery.
- Assist with additive selection and fluid design under the guidance of technical personnel.
- Maintain laboratory equipment in clean, safe, and operational condition.
- Dispose of laboratory waste according to established procedures.
- Conduct routine laboratory audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Provide technical support to engineering and product teams as needed.
- Prepare technical presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain communication with laboratory support teams and operating locations.
- Perform risk assessments before beginning laboratory tasks to identify and mitigate potential safety or quality concerns.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and customer service meetings.
- Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain all required safety training.
- Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Shift: 12 Hours Shifts • 8 Days On/4 Days Off - 8 Nights On/4 Days Off
Skills Required
- Entry-level position; no prior laboratory experience required.
- On-the-job training provided.
