Trainee Laboratory Technician

FieldBridge is looking for a Trainee Laboratory Technician in Williston, ND to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $19 - $25.00/hour | 12 hours shift - 8 days on, 4 days off, 8 nights on, 4 days off  | Weekly pay every Friday | At $25/hr and 84 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $2,650 gross.

Position Overview
The Trainee Laboratory Technician supports laboratory testing activities for fluids used in downhole operations. This entry-level role is ideal for a motivated candidate with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn testing procedures in a fast-paced technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with laboratory testing of fluids used in downhole operations
• Follow laboratory procedures and testing protocols
• Record and maintain accurate testing data
• Utilize computer systems and software for data entry and reporting
• Work safely and comply with all laboratory and company procedures

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Willingness to learn and accept training
• Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts
