    • Diagnose and Repair:Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on trailers, including brakes, electrical systems, suspension, and structural components.
    • Maintenance:Conduct routine maintenance and servicing, ensuring trailers are compliant with safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Customer Service:Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
    • Documentation:Maintainaccuraterecords of services performed, parts used, and repairs completed.
    • Collaboration:Work closely with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
    • Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures tomaintaina safe work environment.
    • Continuous Learning:Stay updated on industry trends,new technologies, and repair techniques.
    SkillsandQualifications
    • Education:High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive or diesel technology is a plus.
    • Certifications:Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE, OEM certifications) are preferred but not mandatory.
    • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
    • Proficiencywith hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

    Warehouse/Shop Environment
    • Must be able to lift/carry25lbsfrequently. 
    • Must be able to lift/carry50lbsoccasionally.
