Trailer Mechanic Technician Must Haves
- Computer based diagnostic skills with OEM interfaces
- Paccar experience preferred
- 6+ Months of Auto or Diesel Mechanic experience
- Must have own tools; tool lease-to-own program available if needed
- Valid driver’s license required
- Basic computer knowledge for email and work orders etc.
- Knowledge and adherence to DOT/OSHA policies and procedures
Trailer Mechanic Technician Nice to Haves- Steel and Aluminum Welding experience is a plus
- Reefer experience is a plus
- CDL a plus but not required

Great schedule of Monday-Friday 1st shift 7am-3:30pm or Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm, your choice! On-call as needed. $2000 Bonus for new experienced tractor/trailer Diesel Mechanic with at least 1 year of experience: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 90 days, $1000 after 180 days. $500 Bonus for entry-level Mechanic: $250 after 30 days, $250 after 90 days.

- Providing maintenance and repair on a private fleet of well-equipped, late model trailers with top of the line technology
- Processing work orders
- Accurately filling out necessary documents
- Opportunity for growth into lead tech or shop leadership for the right person
