Roll up at our Lyndhurst, NJ warehouse, lace up your boots, and get moving. As a Trailer Freight Handling Associate, you’ll be the engine of the operation—unloading inbound trailers, staging product, and loading outbound freight so orders move on time and safely.

Your Schedule Options

• First Shift (Mon–Thu): 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Second Shift (Mon–Thu): 4:00 PM – 3:30 AM (10-hour shifts)
• Third Shift (Mon–Thu): 11:00 PM – 9:30 AM (10-hour shifts)
• 40 hours weekly with overtime and occasional weekends when needed

Compensation

• 1st Shift: $16.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: $17.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: $18.50/hr

What You’ll Do

• Unload and load merchandise from trailers safely and efficiently
• Lift, carry, stack, and move boxes/freight by hand
• Support dock operations during loading/unloading cycles
• Sort, stage, and organize merchandise
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse standards at all times
• Keep aisles and workspaces clean and hazard-free
• Stay active on your feet for the duration of the shift

What You Bring

• Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and handle freight for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Availability to work the full Monday–Thursday schedule

Bonuses

• $100 sign-on bonus paid on the paycheck following completion of 80 work hours
• $25 referral bonus per person once your referral completes 40 hours on assignment; you must still be actively working to qualify—no cap on referrals
