The City of St. Cloud is accepting applications for a Traffic Systems Manager.

We are seeking a skilled traffic engineering professional to lead and support traffic signal, roadway lighting, and transportation technology operations. This position oversees traffic services staff, develops budgets and operational goals, and assists with transportation projects and emergency response. Key responsibilities include designing and reviewing traffic signal and lighting systems; developing signal timing, coordination, and preemption plans; conducting traffic studies and preparing technical reports; managing traffic management systems, communications networks, GIS data, and related hardware/software; and evaluating emerging transportation technologies.
