What You BringWe are looking for someone who combines solid traffic engineering experience with analytical thinking, attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.Three or more years of relevant traffic or transportation engineering experience.Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred; Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain one is a plus.Proficiency with traffic analysis software such as Synchro, HCS, Vissim, or similar programs.Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal transportation standards and regulations.Ability to work effectively in both field and office settings and travel locally as project needs require.Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate project documentation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
