What You''ll Earn

• Hourly pay of $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience

What You''ll Do

• Perform residential plumbing service calls, repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Diagnose issues and present clear, high-value solutions to customers
• Sell and close larger projects such as sewer line replacements, trenchless repairs, repiping, and whole-home plumbing upgrades
• Use modern diagnostic tools including sewer cameras and pressure testing
• Deliver professional, high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer care
• Maintain strong communication with the office and dispatch team

What You Need

• Active Texas Tradesman Plumber License
• 3+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
• Comfortable selling solutions and closing jobs face-to-face
• Valid Texas driver''s license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Professional attitude and excellent communication skills
