- Has a minimum of 2 years of paid experience in trades industry
- Aspires to grow professionally
- Willing to dedicate the hours needed to complete the job above satisfaction
- Physically and mentally capable of handyperson duties
- Valid drivers license and car insurance is current
- Has reliable transportation, preferably a truck in condition.
- Own your own tools and know how to use them
- Treat people with respect and expect the same in return

Minimum Skills Preferred:- Minor Carpentry ie trim door repairs trim install ; Minor; Fixtures Repair i.e. minor electrical and plumbing; Painting, exterior siding repairs; painting.
- Some computer skills and write legible
