Title: Customer Service/Trade Marketing Representative

Location: Winter Haven, Florida

Salary: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Job Summary:

Produce company that grows, packs, and sells produce to retailers across the country is looking for someone that will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between the sales team, logistics, marketing, and customer accounts.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous customer service experience
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy skills for strong capability operating various E-Commerce platforms.
• Must be efficient with MS office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective in time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a team player and show initiative at finding and solving problems.
• Be able to interact professionally and effectively with all levels.
• Detail focused with strong ability to manage multiple competing duties.
• Be highly motivated and self-directed.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced, sometimes loud, dynamic social environment.

Preferred Prior Experience:

• Famous; Order/Inventory Management Software

Essential Job Functions:

• Answer incoming sales calls/emails in a professional, courteous manner and able to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain regular communication with sales team and their needs.
• Sales order processing; coordinating documentation from creation of order to shipment.
• Potential to coordinate customer orders with logistic support.
• Processing high volumes of sales orders quickly and efficiently.
• Respond to and resolve complaints and problems that arise with orders.
• Maintain organized and accessible files for each sales order containing all pertinent copies, shipping instructions and documentation as required.
• Great communication with customers, warehouse, and sales staff.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collect and file documentation as needed to support changes to order or invoices.
• Assist with sales/marketing projects, if needed.
• Verify Freight and Outside Fruit charges correspond with Invoices.
• Assist with Sales reporting and presentation requests.
