RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide real-time desktop support for trading floor users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Install and maintain desktop hardware and peripherals
  • Support trading applications including market data platforms
  • Escalate complex technical issues appropriately
  • Document incidents and resolutions
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and application support teams

Role Requirements:
  • Experience supporting a trading floor environment
  • Windows desktop administration
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Desktop hardware support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple issues under pressure

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Banking experience
  • Bloomberg support
  • Reuters support
  • FIX Protocol familiarity
  • Enterprise desktop deployment
