Job Description: The Trade Capture team is responsible for ensuring trade instructions are accurately captured, validated, and processed, while maintaining strong controls and supporting clients and internal stakeholders throughout the trade lifecycle. Supporting testing, implementation, and procedural changes related to system enhancements and strategic initiatives.

The Trade Capture team is responsible for ensuring trade instructions are accurately captured, validated, and processed, while maintaining strong controls and supporting clients and internal stakeholders throughout the trade lifecycle.

• Monitoring exception reports and resolving trade processing issues in a timely manner.
• Verifying trade inputs and reconciling instructions against trade blotters.
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of daily operational activities and control checks.
• Performing post-processing trade upload reviews to maintain data quality and integrity.
• Collaborating with internal partners and external clients to ensure accurate instruction processing.
• Coordinating workflow distribution and supporting management with process oversight activities.
• Acting as an escalation point for complex trade processing issues and driving resolution with stakeholders.
• Identifying and implementing process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Supporting testing, implementation, and procedural changes related to system enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day support to junior team members.
• Monitoring operational risk and ensuring adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Assisting management with reporting, capacity planning, and business continuity activities.

Additional Information:

• Duration: 12 month contract opportunity
• Hybrid Work Model: 4 days onsite required weekly in Lake Mary, FL
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 3PM - 11PM EST
• Rate Range: $27-32/hr. W2 (based on experience)
