Code Ninjas Tracy is looking for an outgoing Community Growth Partner to help introduce local families to our coding programs for kids ages 5-14.

This isnt a desk job. Youll spend your time in the community-at parks, libraries, youth sports, school events, community festivals, and family activities-starting conversations with parents and booking free trial appointments.

What Youll Do

• Build relationships with parents throughout the Tracy area.
• Attend community events, youth sports, libraries, school functions, and family activities.
• Start friendly conversations with parents about their childrens interests.
• Introduce families to Code Ninjas and explain how we help kids learn coding, robotics, AI, and problem-solving.
• Book free trial appointments on the spot using our online scheduling system.
• Develop partnerships with schools, PTAs, sports organizations, libraries, and local businesses.
• Help grow Code Ninjas presence in the local community.

What Success Looks Like

Each week youll aim to:

• 50+ meaningful conversations with parents
• 20+ qualified family introductions
• 10+ free trials booked/attended
• New student enrollments

Your success is measured by the families you help, not by hours worked.

Compensation

This is a performance-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential.

Example compensation:

• Booked free trial session attended: $20
• Student enrollment: +$100

Enroll 20 students to earn $2,400; or 50 students to earn $6,000; or 100 students to earn $12,000... whether you do it in 3 weeks or 3 months

Top performers can earn substantial income by consistently generating enrollments.

Weekly cadence required: A review the previous weeks results, finalize your outreach plan, and commit to a schedule of schools, events, community partners, and parent engagement activities for the week.
