Your mission

Produce, assemble, and fine-tune electromechanical traction components to exact specifications. Operate production equipment safely, perform precision measurements, and validate finished units to meet tolerances and customer order requirements.

How youb9ll tackle the day

• Start by reviewing work orders, blueprints, and schematics to map your build.
• Assemble, position, and secure components with the right tools for the job.
• Measure and verify tolerances using precision instruments such as calipers.
• Drill, tap, and prepare bolt holes as required.
• Align components with fixtures or templates; complete final inspection and adjustments to spec.

Primary shift: 5:00pma0d7a03:30am. Training period: approximately 2a0d7a03 months on first shift (6:30ama0d7a05:00pm).

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Deep experience in electromechanical assembly.
• Strong wiring knowledge and hands-on practice.
• Direct assembly experience reading and applying schematic drawings.
• Effective English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
• Collaborative approach and team orientation.
• Capacity to learn quickly and execute with precision.

Physical realities of the job

• Lift up to 35 pounds.
• Stand, kneel, climb, and operate in tight/confined spaces for long periods.
