  • SCHEDULE: On Site.
  • DURATION: 6 month contract with potential for extension
  • ENVIRONMENT: Fast-paced environment, collaborate with local/global teams, and work closely with TPMs and QE"s

Key Responsibilities

  • Anticipate bottlenecks and manage escalations.
  • Make tradeoffs while balancing customer safety, business needs, and technical constraints.
  • Drive complex field quality investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action programs.
  • Improve problem-solving velocity across Operations and Engineering teams.
  • Establish and maintain pre- and post-launch risk visibility frameworks.
  • Identify, assess, track, and mitigate product safety risks and field quality issues.
  • Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Daily Activities

  • Manage quality and safety programs.
  • Work toward program goals.
  • Assess product safety risks.
  • Adhere to SLAs.
  • Create and maintain written documentation and communications.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Interact with Project Sponsors, Technical Program Managers, Quality Engineers, Safety Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead field quality and safety initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Support field investigations and corrective action programs.

MUST HAVES:

  • 1-2 years of experience within Program Management
  • Ability to take technical concepts and translate them for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong hands-on experience.
  • Experience working in technical or hardware-focused environments
  • Hardware experience.
  • Technical writing and program management experience.

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Coding and automation experience.
  • Quality engineering bckgrnd.
  • Ability to understand and analyze data.
  • PMP
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • 2-3 years of Program Management experience preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Hawthorne, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
