Job Summary (List Format):
- Apply computer science and mathematical principles to design, develop, test, and evaluate embedded software and systems.
- Research, design, develop, and test operating system-level software, compilers, and network distribution software.
- Work on applications across medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, business, scientific, and general computing domains.
- Read and interpret schematics and component data sheets.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, specification, development, testing, and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and system issues.
- Utilize solid programming experience in C or C++.
- Work with computer development software related to embedded systems (e.g., SQL).
- Use tools such as git, debuggers, compilers, C test and G test suites.
- Design system-level features and specifications.
- Integrate and test datalinks (e.g., CAN, Ethernet).
- Demonstrate strong coding and software design analysis skills.
- Communicate technical positions effectively and professionally.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
