What You'll Do
- Own the parts sale from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing
- Work with the Parts Manager to locate parts not in stock and place special orders
- Keep customers updated on order status and notify them when parts arrive
- Back up the counter and stocking roles as needed
- Communicate with teammates and customers in a friendly, professional way
- Follow all safety policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A customer-first attitude and the drive to learn
- Strong organization and time management in a fast-paced setting
- Comfort with computers and technology
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Auto parts sales experience is a plus, but not required
