    Summary: Support Sales and Service Department operations by cleaning and detailing New and Pre-Owned Vehicles and Service Vehicles.

    Essential Duties:

    • Wash Vehicle exterior, clean interior and exterior windows, and wipe down doorjambs.
    • Apply waxes, polishes, etc.
    • Vacuum interior of Vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris.
    • Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
    • Apply various cleaning and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with spot and stain-resistant chemicals.
    • Clean engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents.
    • Apply special-purpose cleaners, utilizing experience and judgment and following product manufacturer's recommendations.
    • Apply dressing on tires and tire wells.
    • Replace all traces of any protective films or coverings applied for shipment or service.
    • Maintain Showroom or Stock Vehicles in clean and presentable condition at all times.
    • Remove all window stickers on Sold Vehicles.
    • Keep shop area neat and clean.
    • Use proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection.
    • Attend all Dealership and Service Department meetings when requested.
    • Provide exceptional Customer Service.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Adherence to all attendance and punctuality standards.
    • Adherence to timekeeping standards; Employees are required to record the beginning and ending times of any shift, meal break or departure from work for personal reasons.
    • Maintains a professional clean and pressed business appearance.
    • Follow the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.

    Qualifications:

    • Pass background check and drug screening
    • Possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
