    General Liability AttorneyLocation : Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA, Irvine, CA, San Francisco, CA, Walnut Creek, CAJob Type : Full-TimePractice Area : Toxic Torts/Asbestos/SilicaToxic Tort Attorney Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Toxic Tort Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling both general liability matters, with strong litigation and/or pre-litigation skills. This position involves managing a diverse caseload, providing strategic legal counsel, and representing clients in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert legal counsel on toxic tort related matters.Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pre-litigation strategy, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution forums.Advise clients on risk management and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Negotiate settlements and work to resolve disputes in a cost-effective and timely manner.Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other correspondence.Develop strategies to prevent legal issues and minimize exposure for clients through proactive counsel.Stay up to date with changes in general liability to provide clients with current and effective legal advice.Qualifications2+ years of experience in toxic tort, asbestos, silica.Proven ability to handle a full caseload with minimal supervision.Strong negotiation, communication, and writing skills.Experience in defending clients against employment-related claims, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment.Ability to provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to clients.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.J.D. from an accredited law school.Licensed in CA in good standing.BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package.Professional development and continuing education opportunities.Supportive, collaborative work environment.Bonus opportunitiesFlexible workstyle- 2 days on-siteAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
